He finds photographing nature, wildlife and landscape as the perfect relaxation activity to counter the exhilaration and intensity of obtaining that perfect shot when photographing the high speed powerboats and super boats that race in such events as Bundy Thunder (Bundaberg, Queensland) and the V8 Superboats (Northern New South Wales).

The inquisitive nature of the little fairy-wrens provide hours of photo opportunities when feeding young, using macro photography techniques to capture such small Birds in Flight. With keen eyes scanning the bush for native birds, Craig often spends many hours watching and learning how these beautiful creatures interact with each other. their habits and lives and when they chose to involve him personally, his finds the experience a true joy. Craig also enjoys looking for lots of different bird species, such as Eastern Yellow Robins, Rufus Fan Tails, Kingfishers, Herons, Egrets and many other birds native to Australia, including those small bird species in flight.

Wildlife Horizons Australian Landscape Nature Wildlife FineArt Gallery , When the birds are not nesting, Craig spends time lugging the camera equipment to the top of mountains to photograph the landscape and making panoramic photography is one of his enjoyments and showing the spectacular sunsets that show off the beauty of the region of Glass House Mountains in which he lives or on day trips with other photographers to photograph the hidden beauty of locations which include farm dams and waterways, cities and country towns rivers and national parks throughout the sunshine coast and Queensland.

Craig also enjoys making the photographic big picture into panorama landscapes and cityscapes. In 2012 Craig was presented with 5 Bronze Awards in “the Epson International Photographic Pano Awards”. Craig’s unique photographic style has been described by others as simply stunningly beautiful. Craig spends alot of time looking for locations that are not on the tourist trail and looking for beautiful locations that are not available to many and he describes them as Australia’s hidden beauty, which most will people never see.
